Kensington Store's products are covered by a standard manufacturer's warranty.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel orders that have not been picked, packed or collected by Australia Post for delivery. As we strive to ship orders as quickly as you place them, you have a very small window to cancel your order. Please contact our help desk at 1300 881 931 to discuss.

How can I leave a product review?

To leave a product review please go to the product description page of your recent purchase.  Click on the product review and leave your review.  Please note, as we get spam or bogus reviews, all reviews will first need to be approved before it appears on the website. 

Why is the expected delivery date longer on some products?

We process all shipments through Australia Post and will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the item is picked up by Australia Post. Bulky items might take longer to deliver through the Australia Post delivery network. You will be able to call Australia Post to get further information using the tracking code provided.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not have the facility to accept credit cards over the phone to manually place your order, we request you to place your orders via the website.

Does your prices include GST?

All our products listed here include GST.

Do my purchases qualify for the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS)?

All our purchases come with a tax invoice which can be used for collecting the GST portion of your purchase through the Tourist Refund Scheme. Please note that you refund will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Tourist Refund Scheme

What happens if an item that I have ordered sells out?

If an item in your cart has sold out after you place your order, we will contact you to refund your entire purchase or just the product that we will not be able to fulfill. We do not take pre-orders for all products and do not hold on to funds on products that we are not able to fulfill immediately.

    Have I been charged twice for my order?

    Our platform only charges credit cards once per order. Please notify us if you notice an overcharge. We will be able to investigate your order. Please have all information handy before you contact us.

    Currently, we do not offer AfterPay or Zip Pay, but we will in the near future.

    Our stock is replenished in a timely manner. Older items are also removed to make room for newer ones. Deleted items will be removed from the website within 7 days.

    We have customer service representatives available from 9 am to 5.00 pm. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website.

    Can you deliver to a PO box or parcel locker?

    Our products generally require a signature upon delivery and are subject to Australia Post's policies. Our items are currently not delivered to PO Boxes, but Australian Post Parcel Lockers accept our packages.

    Can I Schedule a Time / Day for Delivery?

    There is no delivery scheduling option available through Australia Post at the moment.

    How Do I View My Invoice and Purchase History?

    Registering for an account at Kensingtonstore.com.au will allow you to view your order history and past invoices. Please note, we only display invoices that have been processed after creating an account.

    What Happens if No One is Home? Can You Deliver on Weekends?

    The delivery of your order will be handled by Australia Post. Your tracking information will have more information on their delivery process.

    How do I find out the postage cost for my item?

    We charge a flat fee of $12.50 for purchases under $75/- All purchases over $75 are free.
